Just so you can feel prepared, try to get into Zoom and hang in the virtual lobby to test your internet and sound prior to our meeting.

Download the Zoom app to your phone prior.
Plan where you will have private space.
Have a device charger nearby.
Light in front of you (not behind).
For privacy, you can add white noise outside of your location door.
Kids, animals, partners, family and such should be out of your space for your emotional safety, and (if in a group) meeting, the safety of the group. If you need to mute mic and/camera in order to step out, please feel free to do so without advising the group. Please mute your device audio if you step away.
Test out your wifi/data strength before you begin in order to save you time troubleshooting later on. We will begin on time.
