Join us to continue your growth and find tips and tools to implement what you have learned. You will find support and community as we grow together.
Growth Group Winter 2025
Eight week online course, revolving around the holidays
This will be an opportunity to connect each week in an emotionally safe setting. To learn new tools and review what you ahve learned on the weekends. This group includes structured learning, journaling and discussion along with self reflection— pointing you back to your own healing and growth work!
